Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Absolutely! We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all UAE orders. We also accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure online payment methods at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once dispatched, the order must go through our return process after delivery. Contact us immediately at info@sobhys.com if you need to make changes.

Delivery & Shipping

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders above AED 99 within the UAE. Orders below AED 99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AED 14.99.

How long does delivery take?
Within the UAE, most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Do you ship outside the UAE?
Currently, we ship within the UAE only. Stay tuned for updates on future shipping destinations.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, your tracking link will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number. For any help, feel free to email us at info@sobhys.com.

What if my address is incorrect?
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Sobhys is not responsible for failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect address information. Contact us immediately at info@sobhys.com if you need to update your address.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@sobhys.com or reply to your order WhatsApp message.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.

What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned including perishable goods, personalized or custom-made products, beauty and personal care items, perfumes, and final sale items.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sobhys.com with your order number and photos of the item.
