At Sobhys, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, beautifully, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery rates, estimated timeframes, and general terms.

Sobhys currently ships within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates & Estimates (UAE)

  • Free Standard Shipping: Valid on all orders of AED 99.00 or more.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A standard fee of AED 14.99 applies to all orders below AED 99.00.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time, GMT+4) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays are processed the next business day.
  • Order Processing: 0–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays).
  • Estimated Delivery: 0–2 business days after dispatch.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 0–4 business days from order placement.

Courier & Delivery Partner

Sobhys currently delivers all UAE orders through Jeebly or an equivalent certified courier partner. The courier used for your specific order will be confirmed in your shipping notification.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. You can use this link at any time to check the live status of your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@sobhys.com or +971 50 226 3780.

Incomplete or Missing Items

If you receive an order that is incomplete or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sobhys.com or +971 50 226 3780 with your order number and photos of what was received. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout. Sobhys is not responsible for failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information.

Sobhys is not liable for unexpected delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather conditions, public holidays, or events outside of our reasonable control.
