This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the United Arab Emirates. Sobhys is operated by MOSOBHY FOR ONLINE SELLING.
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us by email at info@sobhys.com or by phone at +971 50 226 3780, and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrange collection from your location within 2–3 business days.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Returned items must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Free Return Shipping
Sobhys offers free return collection on eligible orders. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, wrong size, incorrect order, or product dissatisfaction, we will arrange a free courier collection at no additional cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution. Where applicable, Sobhys will offer:
- A replacement item
- A store credit
- A full refund
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@sobhys.com or +971 50 226 3780 within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and, where the order is confirmed as lost or undelivered, Sobhys will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Beauty and personal care items
- Perfumes
- Swimwear and lingerie
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
All other products in our catalogue are eligible for return within the 7-day window. The final sale and clearance exception applies only to items explicitly marked as such at the time of purchase.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued as follows:
- Online payments (card, digital wallet): Refunded to your original payment method within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded via bank transfer to your nominated UAE bank account within 10–15 business days. You will be asked to provide your bank account details upon return approval.
Shipping fees paid at checkout, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must go through the return process after delivery.
